Non-Technical Project Manager IV (Semiconductor)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, or Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver projects in line with product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development and transfer information across functional areas.
• Manage material and financial resources and collaborate with staff to maximize project productivity.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and integrate new processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies covering engineering notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.

Requirements

• Expertise in data science, analytics, project management, program management, and change management.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leveraging matrixed resources to deploy standardized structural changes.
• Strong communication skills with audiences ranging from peers to executive management.
• Ability to identify high-value problems, develop solution alternatives, manage competing demands, and drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lead others in solving complex problems and apply analytical judgment to identify innovative solutions.
