What you will do

• Support the management and oversight of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans across property types, sponsors, deal structures, and markets.
• Review newly approved lending facilities, including property operations, projected revenues, expenses, leasing, and capital expenditures.
• Evaluate monthly loan draws for budget compliance, assess construction risk, and review title updates.
• Review loan payoffs, collateral releases, lease agreements, estoppels, SNDAs, sales contracts, and related legal documents.
• Analyze borrower and guarantor financial condition, tax returns, financial statements, and compliance with loan and guaranty covenants.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• Completion of at least three years of undergraduate study.
• Knowledge of real estate asset classes, capital stack tiers, financial concepts, and real estate debt markets.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet exacting deadlines, and work with low-to-moderate supervision.
• Skill in Excel-based financial modeling.
