Location: Columbus, Ohio — residence required within 35 miles of One hirify.global Plaza; four days in the office and one day remote.

Salary: $112,000–$186,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage and monitor a multi-billion-dollar commercial mortgage loan portfolio secured by real estate across the United States.
• Analyze borrower requests for consents, approvals, loan modifications, assumptions, and other commercial mortgage transactions.
• Interpret loan agreements and ancillary provisions, analyze borrower and property financial statements, and review annual property inspections.
• Partner with Real Estate Portfolio Managers and Legal teams on maturing loans, rate resets, risk mitigation, and default resolution.
• Communicate request status, timelines, and approval requirements to loan correspondents and external customers.
• Maintain accurate loan information in the loan management system and related downstream systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of related professional experience.
• Commercial real estate experience, including interpreting loan documents and analyzing operating statements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of real estate fundamentals and legal interpretation of loan documents.
• Must reside within 35 miles of the Columbus, Ohio office and work four days per week onsite.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with post-closing checklists and negotiated commercial mortgage loan provisions.
