Senior Instructional Designer (AI Mindset)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a biopharmaceutical company.
• Map complete learning deliverables and identify moments that matter across the learning journey.
• Blend in-person materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, videos, and other modalities intentionally.
• Design for behavior change, knowledge transfer, personalization, and adaptivity.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation while following data privacy and governance requirements.
• Manage development projects, track progress, meet deadlines, and evaluate learning-program success and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Senior-level instructional design and learning journey design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Practical experience with AI agents and AI use cases for content development; Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong visual design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and multimedia tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an agile development framework.
• Project management experience.
