What you will do

• Gather, organize, process, clean, and analyze complex datasets.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and basic trend analyses.
• Identify and communicate data-driven insights that support operational improvements and business objectives.
• Define data requirements and validate data accuracy.
• Create and maintain SQL scripts and workflows for recurring data tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data-related challenges and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Intermediate understanding of functional data needs and data analysis practices.
• Participation in the California DMV pull program may be required depending on the assignment.
• Compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including BSA regulations, is required.
