Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist

Location: Fully remote for US-based candidates in Massachusetts, Oregon, or Texas. Visa sponsorship, visa transfers, and STEM OPT/CPT EAD are not available.

Base salary: $122,900–$187,200 annually, with potential bonus or commission plus benefits and other incentives.

What you will do

• Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
• Act as a technical escalation point for multi-domain issues and ensure development, test, and production environments are ready.
• Manage delivery risks, execute delivery plans, and align scope, priorities, and success criteria with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate diagnosis and recovery of high-severity incidents with engineering, product, support, and cloud operations teams.
• Use monitoring and diagnostic tools such as PDC to identify recurring issues and improve reliability.
• Improve delivery processes and tooling while mentoring Cloud Delivery Specialists and sharing client feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud delivery, technical consulting, or implementation roles.
• Experience delivering complex client engagements and working directly with technical leaders and project stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new cloud capabilities while maintaining high standards for quality, accountability, and client experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, PCF, or GCP; application servers, databases, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, CSS/HTML, SOAP, MQ, or JMS.
