Senior Product Manager (AI & Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Downtown San Francisco, United States; in-person at the SF office Mondays and Thursdays, remote the rest of the week

Salary: $200,000–$330,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own the multi-year AI and Core Platform roadmap, including global search, custom data models, and forms infrastructure.
• Drive responsible, human-led AI capabilities such as meeting transcription, intelligent form pre-fill, translation, and case-specific chat.
• Identify cross-module workflow problems and deliver platform-level solutions for social workers.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to architect scalable AI systems and configurable platform infrastructure.
• Build and test high-fidelity prototypes with AI-native tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, and v0.
• Define platform health and AI adoption metrics, including time saved, draft accuracy, and product-team velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-integrated products.
• Comfort with API design, LLM orchestration, data architecture, and responsible AI in high-stakes workflows.
• Experience taking products from early stage to enterprise scale in regulated or government-facing environments.
• Ability to turn complex, fragmented requirements into elegant and configurable platform components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives, agency leaders, social workers, and caregiver families.
• Ability to work in the hybrid San Francisco arrangement, with office attendance Mondays and Thursdays.
