Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead a large warehouse team, including recruitment, engagement, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
• Manage the dispatch, receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
• Plan employee workflows and optimize site resources to meet service levels for distribution, dispatch, and delivery.
• Create and maintain safe work practices, training programs, processes, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate cycle counts and stocktakes across the distribution centre.
• Maintain security of the premises, inventory, and staff while supporting operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level warehousing operations experience in a high-volume warehouse.
• Experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
• Background in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, animal health, or medical devices.
• Working knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures.
• Advanced skills with warehouse management and freight management systems, plus intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Experience in facilities management, site management, and warehouse tracking or operational software such as Dematic, Voice Pick, or RF systems.

Nice to have

• Formal qualifications in warehousing, logistics, or business.
• Experience with Dematic, Voice Pick, or RF systems.
