What you will do

• Process newly submitted Individual Life and Individual Disability insurance applications in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Review submissions and handle policy issuance activities, payments, and policy changes.
• Keep customers informed and deliver a positive experience throughout the new business process.
• Develop expertise in operational processes, fraud controls, and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with peers to meet quality, productivity, and customer experience goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and customer service.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve customer issues, make informed decisions, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and proprietary applications.
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, banking, retail, hospitality, or customer operations.
• Experience processing transactions, payments, account changes, or policy servicing requests.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
• Experience using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
