Service Specialist

What you will do

• Handle escalated agent inquiries and resolve complex service issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert on policies, procedures, systems, and service processes.
• Coach team members and assist with new-hire training and ongoing development.
• Review customer transactions and service requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with internal departments to resolve concerns.
• Support performance goals, reporting, special projects, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced customer service and complex issue-resolution capabilities.
• Knowledge of service processes, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Ability to coach, guide, and train team members.
• Ability to review transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Duluth, Georgia.
• Must not require current or future sponsorship.
