Lead Center Specialist (Health Insurance)

Location: Onsite at the Boone Neighborhood Center in Boone, North Carolina, United States

Salary: $55,370–$88,592 per year, plus annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Resolve complex health insurance questions, claims issues, escalations, and member or provider concerns on the first contact whenever possible.
• Sell and recommend IU-65, Medicare, Small Group, and Ancillary products based on individual customer needs.
• Educate members and providers on claims practices, company policies, product options, and alternative service channels.
• Document customer interactions, coordinate appointments and follow-up tasks, and provide instructions to internal business areas.
• Identify process, product, and system improvements while collaborating with Sales, Healthcare, and Network Management partners.
• Represent hirify.global at community events and support training for less experienced team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Active Health & Accident and Medicare Supplement licenses are required or must be obtained.
• Required licenses must be obtained within the specified class and state examination attempt limits or within the applicable 90-day period.
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, probing, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
