Admissions Representative (Healthcare Education)

Location: Fremont, California, USA; campus-based position

Salary: $30–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective student inquiries.
• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person and virtual interviews covering programs, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, remove enrollment barriers, and collect required documents.
• Record student contacts and admissions activity accurately in Nexus or CampusVue.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Strong consultative communication, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work assigned or flexible hours as needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
