Department Manager (Retail)

Location: Killeen, Texas, USA; onsite at Killeen Mall

Salary: $18.62–$21.41 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the department team and create a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-oriented environment.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales, budgets, strengths, and commercial opportunities to create plans that improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, upskill, and develop store employees.
• Coordinate with visual merchandising colleagues to deliver strong fashion, visual, and commercial product presentation.
• Maintain stock levels, fitting room and checkout routines, store technology, health and safety standards, and daily opening and closing operations.

• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work with numbers, statistics, sales, and budgets.
