What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families select baby and children’s products from preemie through size 14.
• Develop product and brand expertise and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead the sales floor, model service standards, and deliver a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
• Coach store employees, provide in-the-moment feedback, recognize strong performance, and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Execute assigned business priorities, use customer feedback to improve results, and build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, address customer concerns, and support asset protection, safety, and operational controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented approach with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, web navigation, and other workplace technology.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week.
