Bilingual APP - Virtual Urgent Care

Location: Remote from one of the following U.S. states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Schedule: 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., including one weekend every four weeks.

Salary: $116,400–$152,775 per year, plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide virtual urgent care by phone and messaging.
• Deliver patient care according to Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies.
• Improve the efficiency and quality of virtual care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and providers across primary care, health assessments, and other service lines.

Requirements

• PA or NP qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification: ANCC for NPs or PA-C for PAs.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is required, including reading, writing, and speaking; successful completion of a verbal and written fluency assessment is required.
• Current full-practice licensure in at least three of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, and Georgia.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with Oscar's assistance.
• At least three years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient family medicine, plus at least two years of telehealth experience.
