NP/PA - Virtual Urgent Care (Telemedicine)

Location: Remote from one of these U.S. states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Hours are 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., including one weekend every four weeks.

Salary: $116,400–$152,775 per year, plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide virtual urgent care through phone and messaging.
• Deliver patient care according to clinical guidelines, practices, and policies.
• Improve the efficiency and quality of care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and providers across primary care and health assessment services.

Requirements

• PA or NP qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification: ANCC for NPs or PA-C for PAs.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required, including reading, writing, and speaking; successful completion of a verbal and written fluency assessment is required.
• Current full-practice licensure in at least three of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with licensing support.
• At least 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient family medicine, plus at least 2 years of telehealth experience.

• Licensure in additional states, including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
