Women's Health NP/PA (Women's Health)

Location: Silver Lake clinic, Los Angeles, California, United States; regular in-person clinic work is required on designated days, with a hybrid balance of clinic and virtual care.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annual base salary for a full-time schedule. Compensation for a 32-hour schedule is adjusted based on scheduled hours.

What you will do

• Provide preventive and problem-based gynecology care through in-person and virtual visits.
• Perform annual exams, contraception counseling, STI care, cervical cancer screening follow-up, pregnancy confirmation, and pregnancy-options counseling.
• Evaluate and manage PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, fertility, menopause, perimenopause, sexual wellness, and vaginal, vulvar, urinary, or genital concerns.
• Perform examinations, specimen collection, testing, and procedures within training, licensure, credenhirify.globalling, and clinical-scope requirements.
• Determine when patients need in-person evaluation, imaging, specialty referral, procedural care, or a higher level of care.
• Review results, develop care plans, communicate next steps, and coordinate follow-up with physicians, APPs, nurses, mental health clinicians, operations, and clinical leadership.

Requirements

• Active California NP or PA license required.
• Current national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain it before starting.
• At least 2 years of independent outpatient clinical experience.
• Significant independent experience managing gynecologic, reproductive health, and sexual health concerns.
• Ability to work regularly from the Silver Lake clinic on designated in-person days.

Nice to have

• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification or another women’s health-focused background.
• Experience with menopause, contraception, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, fertility, pelvic pain, or sexual health.
• Experience performing gynecology procedures within APP scope.
• Prior telehealth or integrated multidisciplinary care experience.
