NP/PA - Virtual Urgent Care (Telemedicine)

Location: Remote from one of these US states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Hours are 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, with one weekend shift every four weeks.

Salary: $116,400–$152,775 per year, plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide virtual urgent care by phone and messaging through Oscar's platforms.
• Diagnose, treat, and follow up with members remotely.
• Deliver care in accordance with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies.
• Improve the efficiency, quality, and accessibility of virtual urgent care services.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and providers across primary care and health assessment services.

Requirements

• NP or PA qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification: ANCC for NPs or PA-C for PAs.
• Fluent Spanish required in reading, writing, and speaking; successful completion of a verbal and written fluency assessment is required.
• Current full-practice licensure in at least three of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with Oscar's assistance.
• At least three years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient family medicine, including at least two years of telehealth experience.

• Additional licensure in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
