Location: Golden, Colorado, United States. The position requires access to technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and is restricted to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and protected individuals unless required licenses are obtained.
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, subject to local market, skills, and experience.

What you will do
- Assemble, inspect, test, and integrate flight-ready aerospace hardware, including avionics, PCBA, box assemblies, structural components, and integrated systems.
- Solder and rework electronic and electro-mechanical components, build wire harnesses and cables, and apply adhesives, epoxies, and coatings.
- Perform electrical testing and checkout using multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, inspection scopes, and other lab equipment.
- Use technical drawings, schematics, PCBA layouts, BOM tools, manufacturing plans, and test procedures.
- Support manufacturing engineering, product kitting, inventory management, tooling calibration, and product verification.
- Oversee product quality, document work and test results, follow procedures, and escalate issues to support corrective action.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated production environment, covering assembly, inspection, testing, and top-level system integration.
- Proficiency with technical drawings, PCBA layouts, schematics, BOM tools, manufacturing execution systems, and hardware testing scripts.
- Knowledge of IPC, ESD, clean room practices, and space hardware handling.
- Experience with precision tools, calibrated equipment, electrical testing, soldering, harness assembly, and electro-mechanical assembly.
- Strong organization, communication, documentation, adaptability, ownership, and attention to quality.
- Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
