Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually, plus a 10% shift differential for 3rd shift employees

What you will do

• Lead a team of 30–40 machinists in a machine shop environment.
• Own daily operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Partner with the Manufacturing Manager to develop and execute Value Stream Improvement Plans.
• Set and measure short- and long-term team goals aligned with site strategy.
• Optimize personnel and equipment utilization through standard work and efficient production flow.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, coach, and manage employee performance and relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing teams and production operations in a machine shop environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, New York, on the 3rd shift.
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
