Lead Operations Specialist, SBB

Location: HQ - San Diego, CA, United States

Salary: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Lead operational initiatives that improve workflows, servicing processes, and team efficiency.
• Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements that enhance client and employee experiences.
• Act as a subject matter resource for servicing activities, operational procedures, and process enhancements.
• Train and onboard team members on policies, procedures, systems, and best practices.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and support business initiatives.
• Support reporting, documentation, quality assurance reviews, departmental projects, system enhancements, testing, and new process implementation.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations, servicing, processing, or support.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiencies.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.
