Facilities Manager (Retail)

Location: Chester Hill, NSW, Australia, with frequent site visits to Burwood, Thornleigh, and Dural

What you will do

• Manage daily operations and presentation standards across five retail assets.
• Ensure building compliance and drive engineering, security, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Manage relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and improve the facilities management service offering.
• Monitor operating expenditure, review monthly budgets, and support client reporting.
• Oversee facilities management systems and maintain accurate property data.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities or building management within a commercial or retail environment.
• Strong client and customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across sites in Chester Hill, Burwood, Thornleigh, and Dural.
