Location: Australia; candidates must be based in Perth, Sydney, or Melbourne

What you will do
- Lead and oversee quality representatives across multiple Environment, Health and Safety laboratory sites.
- Maintain, review, and improve national quality documentation, systems, and processes.
- Coordinate internal audits and manage annual audit planning.
- Support NATA ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and SGS compliance requirements.
- Drive standardisation, process improvement, performance analysis, and corrective-action closure.
- Provide quality and operational improvement training, guidance, and practical support to laboratory teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with NATA, ISO, and internal quality requirements.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build alignment across multiple sites.
- Confident professional communication and a practical, outcome-focused approach.
- Ability to translate standards and procedures into clear operational processes.
