What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial, and styling standards according to store guidelines and calendars.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, and ensure garment care standards.
• Identify and prioritise visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team.
• Represent the brand positively during customer interactions and support store expansion projects.

Requirements

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of managing, analysing, and acting on sales reports and the selling equation.
• Passion for fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience.
• Creative, curious, proactive, flexible, and action-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire store teams.
