Store Manager - Warringah (Retail)

Location: Balgowlah, NSW, Australia; onsite in a retail store

Salary: A$81,000–A$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the store team in delivering strong customer experiences and promoting products.
• Monitor local market conditions, customer needs, competitors, fashion trends, and visual standards.
• Analyse sales performance, set goals, and create plans to improve results, profitability, and stock levels.
• Manage scheduling, store maintenance, sales budgets, and commercial priorities.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management and operations.
• Strong leadership experience with a record of coaching and developing teams.
• Experience using customer-centric reporting and commercial tools.
• Expertise in sales planning, analysis, and follow-up.
• Excellent communication, analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fashion trends, commercial performance, visual presentation, and customer experience.
