Delivery Manager, Risk & Audit – EMEA

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with at least 50% onsite attendance. Candidates must be based in Budapest and eligible to work in Hungary; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Lead multiple end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, financials, utilization, resourcing, and delivery efficiency.
• Translate client goals and business processes into solution designs and implementation plans.
• Own RAID management, project health monitoring, risk mitigation, issue escalation, and corrective action plans.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions while managing stakeholder communication and customer adoption.
• Coach delivery specialists, support commercial teams, capture lessons learned, and improve services playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles.
• Experience working with technology platforms, complex business processes, and full project lifecycles.
• Experience using AI to improve project delivery, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Strong operational execution, ownership, accountability, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, including client workshops and training.
• Eligibility to work in Hungary and availability for at least 50% office-based work in Budapest.

• Experience with GRC, board, or entity management platforms.
• Experience working in a GRC environment.
• Experience with global clients and distributed, matrixed teams.
