What you will do

• Evaluate next-generation sequencing results.
• Conduct H&E and IHC pathology reviews for clinical and research specimens.
• Participate in clinical report review and delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to answer key biological questions.
• Help maintain compliance with CLIA and CAP requirements.

Requirements

• MD with a current medical license; Illinois licensure must be obtained before the start date.
• Board certification or eligibility in Molecular Genetic Pathology.
• Certification by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology.
• Clinical experience interpreting next-generation sequencing results.
• Experience working in a regulated clinical laboratory environment, including CLIA, CAP, NYSDOH, or QSR standards.
• Strong managerial, organizational, reporting, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in oncology, cancer immunotherapy, medical immunology, or clinical research.
• Experience ensuring clinical laboratory compliance with regulatory standards.
