Associate Director, Clinical Science (Hematology)

Location: United States; in-house office position with global travel of up to 30%

Salary: $162,400–$243,600 per year

What you will do

• Draft development plans, protocol profiles, clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and submission document sections.
• Plan and execute assigned clinical studies and oversee clinical trial activities.
• Prepare the clinical sections of regulatory documents.
• Represent Clinical Science on project teams and collaborate with Clinical Operations, other functions, AROs, and CROs.
• Provide scientific direction and critical study-level support to Clinical Science and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

• Clinical science experience within hematology and clinical trial development.
• Experience preparing protocols, development plans, informed consent forms, and regulatory documents.
• Ability to provide scientific direction to Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in an in-house office environment.
• Availability for global travel of up to 30%.
