What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for business leaders across Germany on people, organizational, and labor-related matters.
• Own People Services delivery across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, employee data, lifecycle events, and offboarding.
• Ensure timely and compliant HR operations in line with German labor law, regulatory requirements, and global HR standards.
• Execute global talent, learning, compensation, and talent acquisition programs locally.
• Lead process stabilization, standardization, continuous improvement, and HR service-quality monitoring.
• Partner with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Legal, and regional HR leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in complex regulatory environments.
• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR Services delivery.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and critical labor environments.
• Experience operating within or transitioning to a Shared Services HR model.
• Strong HR systems and process discipline, including data quality, controls, and change adoption.
• Fluent German and English required.
