Senior Contract Negotiator (FSP) - German Speaker

What you will do

• Develop investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies, proposal text, contract language, payment language, and budget templates.
• Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials for assigned sponsors, studies, and multi-protocol programs.
• Coordinate with sponsors, stakeholders, study teams, and regional and country teams to deliver contracting scope in line with sponsor requirements and management plans.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting support for site agreements during clinical trial development, initiation, and maintenance.
• Monitor contracting efficiency, project timelines, financial goals, performance metrics, and out-of-scope activities.
• Support quality management, contract management standards, mentoring, coaching, and training delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of relevant sponsor or clinical research organization site-contracting experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to challenge effectively.
• Strong legal, financial, and/or technical writing skills.
• Understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment, drug development, and clinical trial contract management.
• Fluent German and English required.
