What you will do
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Advise management on labor relations, contract negotiations, labor disputes, and compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR and management to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Train managers and employees on conflict resolution, labor laws, and company policies.
- Analyze employee relations trends and maintain confidential case records in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations or labor relations, including management of complex employee issues.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience conducting investigations and managing employee grievances.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; discretion when handling confidential information.
