PB Lending Specialist (Private Banking)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; West Palm Beach, Florida; or New York, New York

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential incentive earnings

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers with private banking clients’ loan portfolios from application through closing.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Relationship Managers, Client Relations teams, and third parties after handoff.
• Analyze client financials to assess loan eligibility and qualification.
• Monitor active lending pipelines, closing deadlines, workflow efficiency, and document accuracy.
• Manage loan processing and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Underwrite residential, commercial real estate, or multi-family loans and prepare files, recommendations, and approval materials.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of hirify.global Private Bank credit policy, underwriting guidelines, and loan origination systems.
• Experience analyzing borrower, property, guarantor, sponsor, financial, and collateral information.
• Ability to manage loan documentation, conditions, approvals, and closing preparation.
• Ability to identify underwriting guideline variances and policy exceptions.
• Ability to work in Boston, West Palm Beach, or New York.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include credit, employment, public record, motor vehicle, and criminal checks.
