CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: Grandview, TX; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Set up fixtures, jigs, spoil boards, tooling, and CNC machine controls for production operations.
• Operate FANUC-controlled CNC equipment to cut, bore, counterbore, and countersink lumber and other nonferrous materials.
• Touch off tools, enter registrations, use probes and calibration programs, and manage tool changes.
• Inspect processed materials to verify compliance with job specifications and maintain production records.
• Manage CNC programming files, materials, and supplies according to production requirements.
• Complete equipment inspections, minor preventive maintenance, and safety and quality activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of CNC machine tool experience; experience with FANUC-controlled CNC machines is preferred.
• Working knowledge of mathematical functions, Cartesian coordinate systems, and computer equipment.
• Ability to understand and interpret machine code for FANUC-controlled CNC machines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must work onsite in Grandview, Texas, on the 2nd shift.
