Senior Claims Adjuster

Location: Fully remote within AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, LA, MI, MO, MS, NV, NY, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, or WI

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto claims from initial report through closure.
• Handle complex bodily injury, litigated, and high-exposure claims.
• Analyze liability, damages, medical documentation, coverage, and claim exposures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely file management in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
• Communicate with customers, attorneys, vendors, and business partners.
• Mentor less experienced adjusters while meeting quality, productivity, and customer service goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Property & Casualty claims experience.
• Experience handling Auto Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance practices, coverage interpretation, and claims handling standards.
• Experience with complex injury claims, litigation, and high-exposure files.
• Ability to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims independently.
• Strong communication, decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
