Data Engineer (Python/SQL)

Location: Merrimack, NH; Jersey City, NJ; or Westlake, TX. Day-one onsite attendance is required within a hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $80,420–$106,050 per year, with possible additional variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

What you will do

• Test distributed applications across multiple layers of the technology stack.
• Manage testing activities across the test management lifecycle.
• Validate BI reports and ETL/ELT workloads.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for new products and applications.
• Develop test strategies independently and work within Agile delivery processes using Jira.

Requirements

• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL, including PL/SQL, complex queries, views, and packages.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as RestAssured, Playwright, Karate, Cucumber, or TestNG.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools, including GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and SonarQube.
• Experience designing test strategies and automation suites independently.
