Senior Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

Salary: $195,000–$235,000 USD base salary per year, plus annual bonus and stock units.

What you will do

• Design, provision, and maintain highly available AWS infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build, optimize, and secure CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, zero-downtime deployments.
• Manage and scale containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions for proactive incident management.
• Lead capacity planning, automated scaling, disaster recovery testing, and blue-green deployment strategies.
• Automate operational tasks, enforce cloud security standards, and improve developer experience across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with observability platforms including Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, load balancing, CDN, DNS, databases, and caching solutions.
