Staff Product Manager (Agentic Payments)

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead zero-to-one and scaling initiatives for agentic commerce and autonomous payment architecture.
• Define API, SDK, and execution-layer primitives for AI agents to initiate, authorize, and verify payments.
• Integrate Airi into checkout using LLMs and predictive models for routing, intent detection, risk scoring, and fraud defense.
• Build stablecoin acceptance, on-ramp/off-ramp orchestration, unified checkout, and automated fiat conversion.
• Partner with Treasury and Liquidity Risk teams on cross-border payouts and capital efficiency.
• Scale payment infrastructure for massive transaction volumes and represent Airwallex in industry standards groups.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional Product Management experience in fintech or technology environments.
• Experience building and scaling payment infrastructure, acquiring products, card scheme integrations, or blockchain and stablecoin payment systems.
• Strong technical background and a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to engage in architectural discussions, review API contracts, and evaluate transaction protocols.
• Experience with payment authorization flows, ISO 8583/20022, card scheme rules, blockchain token standards, or stablecoin architecture is valuable.
• Understanding of LLMs, tool-use agents, multi-agent workflows, and agentic commerce standards is valuable.
