Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; role associated with New York, NY

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Own strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes for a critical AR automation product area.
• Lead the evolution of the platform into an AI-first, automated, scalable system.
• Define product strategy, customer problems, expected impact, assumptions, and risks.
• Design and run concept tests, pilots, pricing tests, and other experiments.
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through commercialization, adoption, positioning, and enablement.
• Modernize architecture, reduce technical debt, and improve scalable customer journeys and self-serve experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, fintech, or payments.
• Proven ability to own measurable product outcomes and scale complex products, platforms, or APIs.
• Experience launching AI/ML products or features.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing experiments and translating customer insight and data into product decisions.
• Ability to lead through influence and make clear decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with accounts receivable, payments, or financial workflow automation.
• Experience applying AI/ML to product development or product capabilities.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, product analytics, or data tooling.
