Principal Product Manager, Money Movement (Fintech)

Salary: $152,700–$229,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and execution for key areas of the payments platform within the Money Movement team.
• Lead solution design, development, and growth for B2B and B2C money movement products.
• Prioritize projects and features that improve capability, performance, resiliency, and scalability.
• Scale an API-first microservices architecture in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, KPIs, roadmaps, and launch objectives.
• Manage product defects, delivery, budgets, contracts, and IT governance compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as a Principal Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or in a related occupation.
• Experience with technology product management, REST APIs, microservices, architecture discussions, and technical tradeoff decisions.
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial technology, payments, and consumer financial services.
• Experience implementing ACH, NACHA file formats, instant payments, MasterCard Send, Visa Direct, Fiserv, RTP, and FedNow.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment processors, PIN Transaction Security, First Data, and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Experience with B2C and B2B digital products.
