Senior Systems Engineer (NetSuite)

Location: Austin, United States; hybrid work with office attendance generally required Monday through Thursday and up to one day of telecommuting per week

What you will do

• Design and develop solutions for application, system administration, and network issues.
• Design, develop, and test NetSuite ERP product features, modules, and workflows.
• Implement core and Advanced NetSuite modules through the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, stakeholders, and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Investigate performance and data integrity issues using code reviews, data patches, system logs, and resource utilization analysis.
• Design scalable, reliable systems and resolve internal and external customer problems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer, Software Developer Analyst, or in a related occupation.
• At least 2 years of experience with NetSuite ERP administration and development, including GL, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable.
• Experience developing NetSuite workflows, custom records, fields, forms, advanced PDFs, saved searches, reports, SuiteAnalytics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with Concur, Certa, FxLoader, Tungsten, and similar enterprise platforms.
• Technical experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk REST and SOAP, Suitelets, RESTlets, SQL, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript, SDF, ODBC, Git/GitHub, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio, and DBeaver.
