Sr Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote

Salary: $150,000–$163,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Analyze customer network topologies, application stacks, and industry-specific applications to identify and acquire high-value network data.
• Develop advanced GUI and Trigger Script solutions, external REST API scripts, and custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs.
• Build real-time data analysis, rich visualizations, and automated tools for investigations and repeatable workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex technology problems and advise customers on resolution strategies.
• Create technical assets and written collateral supporting product improvement and marketing efforts.
• Deliver hands-on learning sessions for key customer personnel.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience and a BS degree or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of OSI layers 2–4, networking principles, and application protocols including HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, and DNS.
• Familiarity with internet-worked applications, databases, caching, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript scripting.
• Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and take ownership of the practice.
