What you will do

• Research AI threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls to advance AI security posture.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and systems, providing technical guidance on AI security architecture.
• Collaborate with security engineers and product teams to implement AI security capabilities in AWS and corporate environments.
• Participate in AI R&D projects ensuring security controls are integrated before production deployment.
• Drive process improvements and support Cyber Defense Operations related to AI security incidents.
• Champion AI implementation within Digital Security to enhance security operations and risk management.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in New York City
• 5+ years in information security and security architecture, preferably in SaaS.
• 2+ years hands-on experience securing AI systems and implementing AI security controls.
• Experience with AI engineering tools, secure coding, DevSecOps, and cloud-native AWS environments.
• Strong programming skills in Ruby, JavaScript, Python, and knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC, CCSP, or CEH.
• Experience with AI frameworks like Langchain and AI coding assistants.
