Senior Lead, Fullstack Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Onsite at the West Palm Beach, Florida location, United States; willingness to travel and work at customer premises may be required.

Salary: $115,080–$218,520 annually, with location-specific ranges for California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York City, Washington, and Washington, D.C. The role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Translate customer business challenges into fit-for-purpose technical solutions and lead solution design.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
• Own delivery end to end, from scoping through production deployment and customer adoption.
• Troubleshoot and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Document deployment learnings, share best practices, and contribute feedback and code to hirify.global AI platforms.
• Collaborate with customers, product teams, and technical stakeholders while continuously learning emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python or another modern programming language such as C#, Node, or TypeScript.
• Experience with software delivery lifecycle practices, Git, GitHub, Pandas, and Spark.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI and distributed computing architectures.
• Ability to work with customers, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and communicate with executive audiences.
• Degree-level education in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be willing to work onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida, and travel or work at customer premises as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and open-source AI libraries.
• Experience designing multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Practical knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, structured and unstructured knowledge systems, system optimization, and security best practices.
• Broad understanding of AI/ML, cloud, and consulting with deep expertise in one or two technical domains.
