Global Banking & Markets Operations - RIA Custody Client Services - Vice President

hirify.global is a global financial services firm, and its growing RIA Custody business provides a platform for registered investment advisors to support diversified investing and customized portfolio management.

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives that improve client experience, operational efficiency, service scalability, and business performance.
• Lead business analysis for AI-focused initiatives, including requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, adoption tracking, and benefit measurement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Client Service teams to develop use cases and support solution design.
• Analyze client feedback, operational metrics, service trends, and business performance to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements.
• Build business cases, executive presentations, dashboards, reporting, and strategy materials for leadership discussions.
• Coordinate project workstreams, track deliverables and risks, and measure outcomes from automation and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–8 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, analytics, project management, operations, product strategy, business management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, RIA custody, banking services, or client service organizations.
• Experience with executive presentations, performance reporting, dashboards, or business cases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience in process improvement, client experience, product management, operational transformation, or change management.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
