What you will do

• Manage inbound phone and email inquiries for clients and advisors, providing timely, accurate responses and escalating issues as needed.
• Support high-profile fund managers by assisting clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings.
• Work with Senior Management on special projects supporting hirify.global’s businesses.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction while operating during business hours (8:30am–6:00pm MST).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations for alternative investments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage the phone queue during operating hours (8:30am–6:00pm MST).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
