What you will do

• Provide strategic business analysis to improve system efficiencies and overall organizational results.
• Review brokerage submissions and manage quotes, policy issuance, and endorsement workflows.
• Monitor reinsurance contracts and perform monthly cash balance reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop division solutions, including CRM implementation, and lead teams to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, audit, and accounting teams.
• Coordinate documentation and track requests for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance.
• Must have valid US Work Authorization; no sponsorship provided now or in the future.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executives and external partners.
