GTM Finance Sr. Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid work model with two days in the office each week.

Salary: $118,331.50–$142,003.50 USD per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain sales capacity and productivity models covering headcount, ramping, attainment, and quota.
• Support book-of-business planning across renewals, expansion, contraction, churn, and retention.
• Manage headcount forecasts, budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans, annual operating plans, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate the return on sales investments using productivity, pipeline, bookings, ARR, contribution margin, and payback metrics.
• Prepare forecast-to-actuals reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, presentations, and performance narratives.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Data, Accounting, and Finance teams to improve data quality and support executive decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and go-to-market operating models.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel or Sheets and comfort with BI tools such as Looker.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and executives.
• Strong executive presence, attention to detail, and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or Salesforce.
