Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) (AI)

Location: Hybrid from the Austin, Texas or Nashville, Tennessee office three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work available for the remainder of the week.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across Sales and Customer Success, from intake through offer.
• Partner with GTM leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage, and nurture candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, and events.
• Deliver a transparent, consistent, and supportive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and hiring analytics on compensation, talent availability, and pipeline health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of internal full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year focused on GTM roles.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS or B2B technology companies and hiring quota-carrying Sales and Customer Success professionals.
• Strong understanding of GTM organizations, talent markets, and compensation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and executive partnership skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to improving recruiting performance.
