Head of Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: Hybrid, San Francisco; San Francisco Bay Area candidates strongly preferred

Salary: $292,000–$365,000 USD annual total cash compensation

What you will do

• Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function across R&D, go-to-market, and G&A.
• Design and execute a global recruiting strategy using AI and automation.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruiting team.
• Partner with executives and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting priorities.
• Establish recruiting metrics, optimize processes, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Implement scalable recruiting operations, tools, systems, and employer-brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably including high-growth startup experience.
• Experience scaling Talent Acquisition functions in late-stage startups or unicorn-stage companies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and technology-driven recruiting improvements.
• Experience managing global recruiting teams and hiring across technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles.
• Expertise in recruiting metrics, process design, systems implementation, communication, and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco; San Francisco Bay Area proximity is strongly preferred.
