Staff Software Engineer, Product Experiences (AI)

Location: Must be located in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. and work in the office four days per week

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually, plus benefits, potential equity, and potential bonus

What you will do

• Own major user-facing features across Search, Dossier, Charts, Dashboards, Maps, Network, Table, Workspace, Docs, Automations, and Mobile.
• Build search and semantic discovery experiences across billions of records.
• Design dossier views that assemble complete entity profiles on demand.
• Create real-time collaborative experiences for maps and networks.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities with strong source transparency and user trust.
• Collaborate with product management, design, deployment teams, engineers, and users to ship reliable features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Strong frontend fundamentals with React and TypeScript, plus the ability to work full-stack.
• Experience shipping and iterating on production-grade user-facing software.
• Ability to design robust, well-tested software and architect scalable distributed systems.
• Strong technical vision, modern software development practices, and experience navigating large codebases.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
